Sangeeta Sahni serves as the Managing Director of Prayas India Charity Foundation and the Wheelchair Pickle Ball Federation. She plays an important role in the Federation’s administration, coordination, planning, and organizational development.
Working closely with the leadership team, she contributes to transforming the Federation’s vision into structured programs and practical initiatives for athletes and state organizations.
Her responsibilities include coordinating with state representatives, supporting championship planning, strengthening communication between different levels of the organization, and helping ensure that Federation activities are conducted in a professional and organized manner.
Sangeeta Sahni is committed to creating an environment in which athletes can focus on their sporting performance while the organization maintains strong administrative systems and effective coordination.
Her key areas of responsibility include:
- Administrative and organizational management.
- Coordination with state-level representatives and associations.
- Supporting planning and execution of championships and sporting events.
- Developing communication and coordination systems within the Federation.
- Supporting athlete-related programs and initiatives.
- Assisting in the development of policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Coordinating Federation activities and official programs.
- Supporting the expansion of wheelchair pickleball across different states.
- Working with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and future development.
Her objective is to help build a well-organized, accessible, and athlete-centric Federation that can support the continued growth of wheelchair pickleball in India.
